Conceptual Model and Scenario for Virtual Plazza of Bulgarian Digital Cultural and Historical Heritage

The paper introduces the latest trends in interactive presentation of cultural and historical heritage based on the analyses of available electronic resources and their representation in European thematic networks for cultural and historical heritage. The idea of this paper is to present the summary of used digital technologies for interactive presentation of Bulgarian cultural and historical heritage as well as the possibilities to provide free access to these resources.

The goal of this paper is to promote Bulgarian cultural and historical heritage on the Internet through the application of modern information technologies, creating an interactive digital solution “Virtual Plazza of the Bulgarian Cultural and Historical Heritage. -It uses the crowdsourcing as a method in collecting electoring resources and access to digital technologies – Digital cultural heritage is a category in Digital Humanities.
