This platform offers a variety of features, including a crowdsourcing repository, eLearning material, a forum, and support for four languages: English, Greek, Macedonian, and French. To access and interact with the platform, users are required to create an account and verify their email address.
Account Creation and Verification
To get started, follow these steps:
- Visit the website and click on the “Register” button (upper right corner).
- Fill in the required information, including username, password, and email address. Do not forget to check the privacy policy box.
- Submit the form and check your email for a verification link.
- Click on the verification link to activate your account.
- You can now log in and begin using the platform.
Platform Navigation
Once you’ve logged in, familiarize yourself with the platform’s navigation:
- Activity: Get an overview of the latest activities and updates from other users.
- Members: Connect and collaborate with other users on the platform.
- Forum: Engage in discussions on various topics with the community (English language only).

The platform supports four languages. To switch between languages:
- Locate the language switcher menu.
- Select your preferred language.
Crowdsourcing Repository
The repository is a central hub for case studies. Here’s how to use it:
- Click on the “Crowdsourcing Repository” tab in the navigation menu.
- Browse existing case studies or search for specific topics.
E-Learning
Exclusive e-learning material is available to registered users:
- Access the e-learning section from the navigation menu.
- Browse through the available courses; Distance E-Learning and Face-to-Face Learning.
- Click on a course to access its content and follow the learning material.

Forum
The platform offers a forum for discussion between all members worldwide (only in English). Here’s how to participate:
- Access the forum section from the navigation menu.
- Browse existing topics or use the search function to find specific discussions.
- Click on a topic to view the conversation and replies. Also, add new topics to start a new discussion.
- To participate, click on the “Reply” or “Add Comment” button and type your response.
- Submit your reply to contribute to the discussion.
Country-specific Case Studies
Joining groups based on countries allows you to connect with other users and access country-specific case studies:
- Find the “Country-specific Case Studies” section in the navigation menu.
- Browse the available groups and select the one you wish to join.
- Gain access to country-specific case studies and discussions.
