How would you apply this project’s methodology in a crowdsourcing project in your country?
I would focus on the libraries’ engagement ideas offered by SciStarter as a way to start a crowdsourcing project. More specifically, I would try to introduce local libraries to citizen science by creating community hubs for citizen science. Participants could address their local library in order to list science activities and the library staff, after special training, could diffuse information in partnership with local educational institutions and authorities.
Το σάιτ scistarter που αποτελείται από 3.000 έργα είναι ένας έξυπνος τρόπος για να μπαίνουν μαθητές και να αναζητούν έργα/ εργασίες από κάθε κλάδο. Η συγκέντρωση σημαντικών έργων βοηθάει επιστήμονες και μη στο να ανακαλύψουν έργα σύντομα και ευκολότερα
βοηθά τους ανθρώπους να αποκτήσουν γνώσεις και να διευρύνουν το πνεύμα τους κάνοντας έργα σε διάφορους κλάδους, που τους ενδιαφέρουν.
Η οργάνωση των βιβλιοθηκών που υπάρχουν σε κάθε σχολείο σε τοπικό επίπεδο θα μπορούσε να αποτελέσει ένα έργο crowdsourcing στην περιοχή μας σε συνεργασία με τις Διευθύνσεις Πρωτοβάθμιας και Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης. Σε κάθε σχολείο θα μπορούσε να συγκροτηθεί ομάδα από εκπαιδευτικούς και μαθητές που να αναλάβουν να δημιουργήσουν τον κόμβο διασύνδεσης όλων των βιβλιοθηκών.
